The restaurant, opened in 1980 and always run by the same family, aims to give a personal vision of the traditional cuisine of the Sierra de Albarracín based on the best local products.

The stars on the menu are the Ternasco lamb from Aragón and the suckling lamb from the Sierra de Albarracín, as well as long-standing local dishes, such as borraja, migas, stews, cardo, garlic soups, or jerigota.

Seasonal dishes also feature highly on our menu, such as ones made with wild mushrooms, black truffle or products from the kitchen garden.
